Descriptions of roofing, siding, gutter, storm, and restoration work explain what Gregco Roofing & Construction can do; they are not a quote, a bid, a promise to perform work, or a contract. Nothing on this site creates a binding agreement between you and Gregco Roofing & Construction. A project only becomes an obligation once both parties sign a written proposal or contract that describes the specific scope.
Inspections and estimates
- The first roof inspection is complimentary for qualifying properties inside the service area. Whether a property qualifies is determined by Gregco Roofing & Construction. A complimentary inspection is not an offer of free roofing, free repair, or free replacement.
- Any price, range, or figure shown on this site or produced by a tool on it is anestimate subject to inspection. Actual pricing depends on conditions found at the property, material availability, and the agreed scope.
- An inspection documents conditions visible at the time of the visit. It is not a warranty on the roof, a certification of remaining service life, a structural engineering assessment, or a guarantee that no other condition exists.
- Submitting a request does not create a customer relationship or reserve a date. Gregco Roofing & Construction may decline a request, including when a property is outside the service area.
Insurance claims
Gregco Roofing & Construction documents visible property conditions and recommends repair or replacement work. - These credentials describe Gregco Roofing & Construction's standing with those organizations. They are not an endorsement, guarantee, or approval by any of them of any particular project, price, or outcome.
- Manufacturer certification means Gregco Roofing & Construction may be able to offer certain manufacturer warranties on qualifying systems. Whether a warranty is available, and its coverage and term, depends on the specific system installed and on the manufacturer's own qualification rules. Nothing on this website is itself a warranty, and no warranty is promised for every project or customer. The specific warranty wording that applies to a qualifying roofing system is stated on the relevant service page and in your signed documents.
- Any workmanship or manufacturer warranty that applies to your project will be described in your signed project documents.
When you submit a form

Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this website, defeat its bot protection, submit automated or fraudulent requests, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may decline service and block access for any of these.

The text, photographs, layout, and code of this website belong to Gregco LLC or its licensors, except where a third-party mark or certification logo belongs to its owner.
