Our target
We build this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard we hold new pages to, and the standard we use when we review existing ones.
What we have built in
- Keyboard access. The navigation menus open, close, and move with the keyboard alone, and only one menu can be open at a time so focus never gets trapped behind another panel.
- Screen reader structure. Pages use real headings in order, a skip link to the main content, and native disclosure elements for expandable sections, so answers to common questions are readable without JavaScript.
- Visible form labels. Every field on the inspection request form has a visible label, required fields are marked, and errors are announced rather than only shown in color.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving service banner stops and transitions are disabled.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links on mobile are sized for comfortable tapping.
- Contrast. Text over dark sections and photographs uses contrast-adjusted color variants rather than the same palette as light sections.
- Text scaling. Layouts use relative units, so increasing your browser's text size does not cut content off.
Where we know we fall short
Two areas are honest limitations rather than finished work:
- The bot check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare. It is configured to stay out of your way, but if it ever prevents you from submitting a request, call us and we will take your information directly.
- The online booking calendar is provided by a third party and we do not control its markup. If it is difficult to use, call us and we will schedule for you.
In both cases the phone line is a fully equivalent way to reach us. You never have to use a form to get an inspection.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. CallGregco Roofing & Construction at (307) 313-6068 and describe what happened, what page you were on, and what device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and, where we can, provide the information you needed another way in the meantime.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time check for us. We test new pages at multiple screen sizes and with keyboard navigation before they go live, and we re-check existing pages when we change them.
