Who this notice covers

This website is operated by Gregco LLC, doing business as Gregco Roofing & Construction, a service-area roofing contractor based in Evanston, Wyoming. We serve customers at their own properties and do not operate a public walk-in location, so no street address is published here. You can reach us at (307) 313-6068.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the roof inspection request form, we collect:

• Your name and phone number (both required).
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it. This one is optional.
• The property address you want inspected: street, city, state, and ZIP code.
• Anything you write in the optional project description field.
• Your consent to be contacted, recorded with the date, time, and version of the disclosure you agreed to.

Information collected automatically

• The page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and any campaign or advertising identifiers in the link you arrived on. We use these to understand which channel produced an inquiry. The referring address is stripped of its query string before we store it.
• A bot check runs before your form is accepted. It is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and evaluates browser and device signals to confirm a person submitted the form. It is not used to profile or advertise to you.
• While you type a property address, the characters you enter are sent to our own server, which asks Google's address service for matching suggestions. Your browser never contacts Google directly and no Google tracking code is loaded on this site. You can always skip suggestions and type the address manually.

We do not use this website to collect payment card details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal information. Please do not send those through the form.

Why we use it

• To contact you about the inspection or estimate you requested.
• To confirm the property is inside the area we serve.
• To prepare and deliver inspection findings and any resulting proposal.
• To keep a record that you consented to be contacted, and when.
• To prevent automated abuse of our forms.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our customer records. They process information only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the bot check, and encrypted short-term storage of submissions.
• Google: address lookup only, to return suggestions for the property address you type.
• GoHighLevel: the customer relationship system where your inquiry becomes a contact record.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named above. We do not trade, rent, or disclose your details to other contractors, lead brokers, marketing lists, or data aggregators. The only other circumstance in which we would disclose information is if we were legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries are retained for one month from the date you submit them, unless you become a customer. In that case we keep the record as part of our normal business and project records.
• If a submission fails to reach our system, it is encrypted and held in a recovery store forseven days so we can follow up with you, then automatically deleted.
• A short, non-identifying receipt of each submission is kept so the same request is not processed twice.

Your choices

• Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can request an inspection and still ask us to reach you only by the method you prefer.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.
• Phone and email. Tell us on any call or reply to any email and we will stop contacting you.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Call (307) 313-6068 and ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will verify that you are the person who submitted the request before acting, and will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Our credentials for the systems above are held as encrypted secrets on the server and are never present in your browser. Recovery copies of failed submissions are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for property owners and decision-makers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, call us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use information you already gave us will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
